The Space:

Two-Ki by Tiny Away sits in one of Rainbow Flat's peaceful holiday homes, near Forster-Tuncurry on the Barrington Coast. The tiny house is only 5 minutes from Hallidays Point, a village known for whale watching, beautiful beaches, and a variety of outdoor activities (e.g., dolphin and whale watching, surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing).



Just a short drive from Hallidays Point, enjoy local beaches and grab a drink at Flow Bar in Old Bar. If you're up for a scenic drive, visit Ellenborough Falls, one of Australia's tallest waterfalls, or explore Booti Booti National Park with its stunning beaches and rainforest walks.



For even more fun, Forster Main Beach, Black Head Beach, and Tuncurry Beach are only 10-15 minutes away.



Escape to our charming getaway surrounded by lush greenery, where you can enjoy stunning views of eucalyptus trees, spend your evenings by our outdoor fireplace, or relax under the Milky Way, guided by the gentle light of Mumma Kia.



This 139-square-foot tiny home offers easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking essentials, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Our tiny homes (One-Gaea, Two-Ki, Three-Kalm, Four-Sol) each have flat grassy spots for self-contained campers. They are about 50 meters apart and welcome all guests. You are free to explore the land, but please respect the privacy of others, especially honeymooners.



If you're booking for a group, we also have three other tiny homes, "One-Gaea, Three-Kalm, and Four-Sol" available with 24 hours' notice in advance. As an added note, the distance between the tiny houses is 150 metres



Guest Access:

Our holiday homes (One-Gaea, Two-Ki, Three-Kalm, Four-Sol) offer flat, grassy spots for self-contained campers and welcome all guests. The surrounding land is open to explore, but please respect the privacy of others, especially honeymooners.



Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surroundings, but certain areas are off-limits:



- The slope located behind the tiny home

- The host's house and garden area, which are private



The Neighborhood:

Two-Ki by Tiny Away is located in the peaceful countryside of Rainbow Flat. What's more, our holiday homes are conveniently close to hidden coastal beauties such as Black Head, Red Head, and Diamond Beach.



There’s so much to enjoy nearby during your stay. Forster Dive Centre is the go-to place for snorkelling, diving courses, and guided marine adventures. A little further out, Ellenborough Falls is one of Australia’s tallest waterfalls, dropping 200 meters with walking trails to explore. In Tuncurry, take in the Headlands Walk, enjoy a 4WD drive from Blackhead to Tuncurry, or try canoeing and mountain biking in the national parks. Closer to town, Wharf Street in Forster offers cafés, restaurants, and lovely views of Wallis Lake, while Booti Booti National Park is perfect for bushwalking and birdwatching.



The beaches are a highlight. Forster Main Beach is great for swimming and surfing, Black Head Beach is family-friendly with calm waters, and Tuncurry Beach is perfect for fishing and picnics.



When it comes to food, you’ll find plenty of options. Bronte Bello Café and The Point Bakery are perfect for coffee and breakfast, while Wharf Street Gin Bar, Beachbums Café, Bunker Bar 61, and Flow Bar offer relaxed dining and live music. Belo Cantino in Diamond Beach serves Mediterranean-inspired dishes by the beach. For groceries, FoodWorks in Hallidays Point and Woolworths in Tuncurry are nearby.

By car:



- From Taree 23 kms, 24 mins drive

- From Port Macquarie 85 kms, 56 mins drive

- From Newcastle 159 kms, 1hr, 57 mins drive

- From Byron Bay 468kms, 4 hrs, 52 mins drive

- From Tuncurry/ Forster, 18 kms, 17 mins drive

- From Coffs Harbour 236 kms, 2hrs, 26 mins drive

- From Sydney 306km depending on traffic, 3 hrs, 20 mins



Please note that it is all reachable by 2WD.



By public transport:



- Free Shuttle Bus only for the Hallidays Tavern

- Bus from Sydney to Tuncurry, or you could fly to Newcastle airport or Port Macquarie. There are Taxis from Tuncurry and Taree to get the property.



Other Things to Note:

- Firewood costs $22 per bag and must be arranged with the land host 24 hours prior to check-in

- Please use the recycling green bin for all bottles and cans at exit of the property of the driveway right hand side (except wine/ spirit bottles)

- The tap water is tanked and filtered, you can drink directly.

- $100 extra cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the land host if any misuse of the cassette toilet or overflowing occurs.



- We have a BBQ grill plate to put on the fire, and complimentary Tulsi tea

- No uninvited guests or visitors allowed

- Mobile phone reception has weak signals

- No smoking inside the tiny home except in designated areas

- Pets should be kept on a lead at all times

- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests

-Please bring your OWN towel to wipe your pet's paws if they are dirty, rather than using the white towels provided from the tiny house. ANY SOILED OR DAMAGED LINEN FROM DIRTY PAWS AND PETS WILL BE MADE PAYABLE BY THE GUESTS.

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- Please take note to inform us 24 hrs before arrival, if you plan to bring your pets to our property

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



Important note:



- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- The property has flat, grassy sites which are suitable for self-contained campers. Please be advised that the property welcomes other guests as well

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
