Beautiful, dog friendly (Sorry- no cats!) home right on the pond in the Grande at Canal Point community. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the largest enclosed (or new unenclosed!) back porch in the neighborhood, with a unrestricted view of the pond! This home has everything you need for your vacation, including a Tesla 80 amp HPWC home wall charger, and, on a separate circuit, a NEMA 14-50 50 amp Outlet for charging any other EV brands! , This home runs totally on Solar Power, but is also utility grid connected; the Tesla powerwalls provide backup power if there is an outage. If you enjoy watching movies with family and friends, the owner has an extensive (1500+) DVD & Blu-Ray collection, with HDMI inputs for your own video game systems; and each bedroom and the living area are equipped with a streaming Blu-Ray player, as well as well as a Roku streaming stick. (The Roku sticks MUST be left on the Owner account for all the upcoming renters- you can put your accounts on the Sony BluRay players or bring your own stick; The television set cabling must be left exactly the way they are found for the next renters, please!). Owner sticks include Netflix, HBO Max, Paramount+, Disney+, Prime Video, PBS, and Acorn TV paid services. The Loft room has a huge TV, with HDMI outlet readily available, if some of the family wish to do video gaming on a device they bring with them, while a second group relaxes on the patio; meanwhile, a third group can chill in the living room, watching a 70" TV. The Association limits you to two cars in the garage, two in the driveway, but only one car on the street; parking around the condominium unit in front of this development is not allowed. The only alternative parking is at the Lewes transportation center, and four unassigned spots in the neighborhood that are obviously guest parking stalls. There is also a community pool and tennis courts for fun activities , along with an easy 1/2 mile walk or ride to the Breakwater Junction bike trail.

Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
