2019 Renovations- Renovierte Küche, neue Wohnzimmerfußböden und brandneues HVAC (AC) System! Das Hotel liegt abseits der Touristenpfade, aber in der Nähe von allem in der Innenstadt von Rehoboth Beach! Dieses Townhome ist nur vier Blocks zum Strand und unsere berühmte Promenade und nur ein Block zu Rehoboth Ave, wenn Sie fünf Fünf-Sterne-Restaurants, steuerfreie Boutiquen und vieles mehr finden. Dieses zweistöckige Stadthaus verfügt über modernste Möbel, eine hintere Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Propangrill sowie einen Kamin aus echtem Holz. Bettwäsche wird nur in Saison- / Vollwoche reserviert. Die 2. Ebene bietet zwei Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten und Fernseher, einen großen halbprivaten Balkon und zwei Badezimmer. Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer mit großem Flachbildfernseher, kostenfreiem WLAN, Pulverraum im Erdgeschoss und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche für hausgemachte Mahlzeiten. Die Gemeinde Scarborough Village wurde komplett renoviert, zwei zugewiesene Parkplätze, ein gemeinschaftlicher Salzwasserpool für die Gäste, ein großartiger Preis / eine großartige Lage / ein großartiges Stadthaus!

Great place to stay in Rehoboth

We really enjoyed the place and having access to a pool was a plus. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. The one issue was the outdoor patio. It was really dirty and the table was covered in ants.

We had a wonderful vacation! The amenities were all perfect for us. -Plenty of space to relax , lots of space in the bedrooms and 2 baths made it perfect for us and for our teens. Access to washer and dryer was a plus!The pool was great and quiet . The location was close to everything- shops, restaurants and the heart of downtown. Beach was about a good 20 min walk . Everything was clean and as described when we arrived. Id recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. It was definitely dog friendly and a nice neighborhood.

Great location

Excellent location close to downtown and the beach, with easy access to Coastal Highway. House was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great place, great location

This was the second year in a row we stayed here! It's the perfect spot for 2 couples in a great location. Everything about the process was super easy. Will def stay again next year!

Great stay

We stayed here for the Halloween- Sea Witch Festival - it was perfect we were right behind Dog Fish Head and were about 30 feet from the parking lot where they set up the floats for the parade. I would definitely stay here again and would use Remax as well they were professional and courteous answering all questions I had in a timely manor.

Convenient & Quiet Hideaway

Have rented in Rehoboth for years. This is by far the perfect spot for a couple or small group. Beautiful modern accommodations, lush outdoor patio and good-size deck off the master. We would highly recommend this property , and would like to return next year...just fabulous!

Location was great!!!

Place was nice :) great communication with realtor. Prob wouldn’t rent again due to the spiral stairs. Didn’t realize how intimidating they are. Kitchen had brand new appliances and every utensil needed. Not mentioned in listing however bed mattresses are very hard thick foam…not comfortable. Prob a soft mattress pillow topper would solve that. Overall it was a great trip and place was fine.

The updates to the property were very nice, spacious bedrooms, and located right behind Dogfish head restaurant (very convenient). The beach was a bit of a long walk, but the provided parking permits were very useful. The pool was also a very nice accommodation

Great rental!

We visited Rohoboth a week ago and had a fantastic time. We've stayed at other properties in this complex and this was one of the nicest ones. It's updated, clean, and well set up for a family. Thanks for the great time. :)

Exactly what we expected

It was clean, modern, and 3/4 mile to the beach. We really enjoyed the place. Had one small issue with the oven and it was fixed pretty quickly. Highly recommend.

Excellent location!

This townhouse is in a great location. You’re able to walk to Rehoboth Ave and get to many shops and restaurants quickly. We really enjoyed walking to the beach and the Farmers market at the park. You do need to be careful with the spiral staircase, but we managed and once our dog got up and down a few times, she was completely fine with them. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay!

Property was wonderful for our family of 4! Short walk to the beach! Only thing I would change is letting guests know that the property had beach chairs/cart available for use. We brought ours, but would have been nice to leave ours at home and save trunk space. But we loved our condo!! Great visit!!

Beautiful townhouse in a great neighborhood. Well equipped, nice layout, very quiet. 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed that was perfect for our infant grandson. Very modern decor, private deck off of the master bedroom and private back patio

Great Memorial Day trip

This townhome was perfect for our family of four and dog. The neighborhood was a nice surprise--quiet and lovely homes yet close to everything. We walked everywhere. The property itself was just what we needed. The kitchen had the essentials and there was enough space for all of us. A bonus is that there is a daybed in the second upstairs bedroom, which meant my two daughters each had their own bed!

Beach week

This property was a great location! Super quiet street but close enough to walk to everything. The house had everything we needed but the only disappointing thing was we went to cook on the grill and it was dirty and no gas. Other than that the place was great and would definitely satay there again.
