The breakfast table in the kitchen has seating for three. There are three red leather bar stools, next to the gorgeous dining table that can seat up to four comfortably. The living room has a plush “L” shaped couch and offers plenty of space to kick back and unwind after a long day at the beach. There is a set of sliding glass doors leading out to the patio. From the patio, you have expansive views of the lake along with the golf course! There is outdoor seating for six.

The master bedroom awaits! This room has a queen-size bed, plenty of dresser space, and a gorgeous view through the window of the lake! Attached is the master bathroom, which has an updated vanity and a large walk-in shower that is tiled from floor to ceiling. The converted den is the perfect space for kids! There is a twin-size bed with a workstation, where you can set up your laptop/tablet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and offers plenty of space to relax after a day at the pool. Adjacent is the second bathroom that has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo.

The location is superb with only a 5-minute drive to downtown Lakewood Ranch, offering boutique Main St. shops & restaurants. You are just 20 minutes to downtown Sarasota and 40 minutes from Tampa.
