Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. The fireplace seen in the photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.
All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Check-in was very easy. The house was very nice. We loved the pool and bottom floor recreation area. We had a question about one of the doors not locking and the trashcans outside not being emptied, but someone quickly responded.

Very spacious
Wonderful time and very spacious. Not too far from the beach, and even though you are on the main road, you do not hear any cars going by. Very close to restaurants and shops.

The tvs did not always function properly. Remote in Master was not working and there was no remote in bedroom with full size bed. We happen to bring toilet paper with us but otherwise we would have run out. Jacuzzi seemed to be a little low on water.

We also apologize for the misunderstanding on our starter supply of items including one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. We provide a starter supply but do not replenish during your stay.
We also regret the hot tub was running low on water during your stay. Our technicians ensure the hot tub is sanitized and fully operational on your day of arrival and then check it again on day 3. We will ensure our standards are followed on the future.

Good experience
Overall the house was very accommodating for our group. Although the lights by the pool, hot tub, and some games did not work. They managed to fix them within a few days. The AC went out but was fixed within a day. I wish those things would have been checked before we arrived, but we enjoyed our stay.

We were two families, with kids’ ages ranging from 20 months to 10 years old and overall, we had a really nice time at the house. What was great:- There was plenty of space for both families, even a gate at the top level stairs which was great since we had a 20-month old with us.- The location is convenient to lots of things. Even though the house is on the main road, it was still walkable to the beach. - Having both a pool and hot tub was lovely. For an additional fee, we had the pool heated which was nice. - The rental came with a 250 credit to rent beach gear for the week. This saved us from having to bring chairs or umbrellas. - The management company was very responsive, as we had some issues at the house when we arrived (more below). Not-so-great things:- The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked, surprisingly. The cookware available is not in great shape, there were no spices (salt, pepper, etc), or things like aluminum foil. With other houses we’ve rented, there’s been some of those things left behind by previous renters. - While the location is great, the house is on the main highway/road, which you do have to walk along for a short distance on your way to the beach. It wasn’t ideal given we had small kids with us. But there is a grassy patch that you can walk along that is slightly set back from the street. - There were some railings on two decks that had become detached and thus presented a hazard. They were responsive though and repaired it the next day.

We have consulted with the property owner on a few of these items so future guests will see improvement. Your review helps us ensure we get the right information to make corrective action. Again, thank you. We also appreciate you clarifying our long time process here on the OBX of not leaving things like spices (many guests are wary about using items like this they can't be sure are sanitary), and clearing the cabinets of leftover stuff like aluminum foil. We have an area on the listing where we clarify what starter supplies we leave at the houses for our guests. We are glad you had a great time overall and we look forward to serving you and your family again soon!
