Accommodating up to seven guests, the property is an oasis of comfort with three beautifully designed bedrooms. The master features a plush king-sized bed, the second room offers a cozy queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a modern tri bunk consisting of a double bed on the bottom and a single to the top, ideal for children or guests.

Little Beach Vibes boasts beautiful indoor spaces designed with entertainment in mind. A stunning open flow kitchen/dining lounge area with oversized built in TV and fireplace are just perfect for those stay at home movie nights. The kitchen flows onto the undercover outdoor dining area and external laundry, and spills down to the alfresco outdoor spaces.

Every room has been thoughtfully designed and executed with unique wallpaper finishes throughout, bringing fun and vibrancy to the property. All linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.

The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A $1000 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
