This property has a large modern open plan kitchen (including dishwasher) that flows out to family and dining area. The dining area leads out onto a very sunny deck with outdoor table and chairs and private backyard. The property is fully fenced so very safe for small ones and has lots of off-street parking for cars or even a boat. You can wash off after a day at the beach in the lovely hot outdoor shower.
The property sleeps six people comfortably across 3 bedrooms. The lovely master bedroom has a luxury en-suite and walk in robe. The 2nd bedroom is a large double with a desk and sliding door leading outside. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds.
The main bathroom has a shower, vanity, and separate toilet.
Fibre is included and the large TV in the lounge has built-in Netflix (you will need your own login) plus Chromecast.
