Welcome to our stunning family holiday home, nestled in the picturesque Coorong Quays Marina Estate on Hindmarsh Island. Newly built and thoughtfully designed, this luxurious retreat offers the perfect setting for unforgettable family gatherings. With spacious living areas, modern amenities, and breathtaking waterfront views, it’s the ideal escape for relaxation and recreation.

The open-plan layout ensures that everyone can come together while still having room to enjoy personal time. Whether you’re enjoying a meal in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, relaxing in the spacious lounge, or stepping outside to take in the beauty of the water, this home has something for every family member.
Downstairs: The front of the house features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a bed configuration of a single bunk bed and a triple bunk bed, along with a tallboy for storing your clothes. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, a bedside table, and a lamp, with access to a bathroom that includes a shower, basin, and toilet.
The laundry space is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, and plenty of bench space. Across the hall, there’s another bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Further down the hallway is a cosy seating area with a couch, lamp, and desk.
At the back of the house, you’ll find an open-plan space that includes a large TV lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space that seats up to 12, with 3 seats at the island bench. While enjoying the beautiful river views, you can set up and have a friendly competition on the pool table with your family.
Upstairs: There are 5 bedrooms & master suite. One offering one single bunk bed and one Triple bunk bed. The second and third bedroom offers two king single beds. The fourth and fifth with queen beds. And finally the master bedroom features a king bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite with a shower, bath, separate toilet, and double basin sink.
Upstairs also has a bathroom with a shower, bath, and basin, with a separate toilet. The lounge area is set up for the kids, offering an Xbox, TV, and comfortable seating with bean bags.
Outdoor Area: Outside, there is a hand-built double BBQ area and a large concrete table to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather and river views. There is also space on the lower level for kids to run around on the grass. A pontoon is available for setting up kayaks or bringing your boat and mooring it there for the duration of your stay. There is a shed that contains chairs, and oars for the kayaks. There a 2 kayaks for guest use, Guests are to provide their own life jackets.

Please note if bookings are under 22 people we will be closing off up stairs Bedroom 4 for bookings under 20 & Bedroom 3 for bookings under 17 and both rooms for booking under 16 people will be locked. If you require these rooms please contact agent to discuss upon booking reservation.
Bathroom Configuration
• Bathrooms downstairs both have - shower - basin sink - toilet
• Bathroom upstairs - shower- bath - separate toilet
• Ensuite - shower - bath - separate toilet
* 7th (Up stairs bunk room) & 8th Bedroom (upstairs single bedrooms) will be locked if less than 14 guests are booked.
* A $1,500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
