This two storey apartment includes three large bedrooms with a TV in each and two bathrooms. The property has plenty of room for families or groups and the living room features a large Smart TV with Foxtel also included.

With a bright, open plan design, this apartment includes tiled floors throughout, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, plasma TV, laundry facilities and more.

Kitchen.
A bright, well-equipped, open plan kitchen makes self-catering a breeze. There's also a Nespresso machine.

Pools
Take a splash in The Edge's elevated infinity-edge pool, which also has spectacular views out over the Whitsunday waters.

Outdoor Space
Make the most of Hamilton Island's beautiful weather, and the spectacular water views, by relaxing on your large, covered outdoor balcony. This includes a BBQ and an outdoor table that can seat up to eight people.

Swimming
There is a beautiful, infinity-edge pool within The Edge complex.

Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
