New to Luxury Beach Rentals! This open 533 sq. ft. studio, located on the 4th floor at Dunes Village Resort, combines comfort with elegance. It features a well-appointed kitchen, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, stove, and sleek granite countertops. The interior is tastefully decorated, offering a king-sized bed and sleeper sofa. For entertainment, guests can enjoy two flat-screen TVs. Adding to the charm is a private oceanfront balcony, providing a serene spot to relax and take in the views.

The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as "The Golden Mile", which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort's large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children's pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle's Best breakfast/coffee facility. *The Water Parks are Heated and fully enclosed from November 22nd – April 30th.

My husband and I enjoyed our week in September here very much. We were very happy with the resort, room, amenities and all aspects of the VRBO for the price. The room was spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured and had everything listed - coffee pot, keurig, all kitchen and cleaning essentials, etc. I loved the area - North Myrtle beach, well away from the busy boardwark section. I enjoyed the sunrise from our balcony every morning. They do send texts and emails for you to sign an additional rental agreement for the resort. (This wasnt in the listing when we booked and I thought I was getting scamed. My husband reached out to make sure it was legit and all was well). We highly recommend eating at Black Drum Brewing and getting pizza from AJs pizzeria. We would definitely stay here again. 4 stars for cleanliness because the hallways were gross. Room was fine though. They were working on refurbishing the outside while we were there, so maybe new carpet is on the list to be replaced. Dont ask the concierge for tickets; they are just selling timeshares. Get the coupon book from them and get your own tickets. The Medieval Times show was fun.

No regular table and chairs with umbrella at pool. Room not ready until AFTER 4Parking bad. People stayed in unloading spots all dayShould have grab bar in tub, it was slippery. We are senoirs and try to be extra careful.

It was great for the three night with our grandson. It’s on the 4th floor so not to high for little ones. The room ocean front facing the pool area and playground, so the little ones has alot to watch from the balcony. The room is nice for family of 3 or 4 . The resort is nice and clean. Would recommend to stay with children , has lots for them to do and keep busy.

The room was a nice size for 2 people and there was a sofa bed with an extra tv in case you are traveling with young kids. The kitchen area was small with limited counter space, but it worked. Room was clean and the sheets and towels felt and looked like they were new. We were very happy with our stay.

It was truly a great location and had great amenities/ activities for the family. My family really enjoyed staying here. The view was breathtaking to wake up to in the morning, the convenience of being able to walk a few feet to the beach, the multiple pools and water park area was perfect!

Good for a family with littles

Overall the property was a good stay. The beach view was pleasant. Anything you need will have to be provided through contacting the host instead of the hotel itselt. Luckily, the host is very responsive. My kids enjoyed the indoor waterpark more than the beach itself. They had a blast swimming and splashing in the kiddie pool. We stayed the hottest week in June and it seemed like the AC had a hard time keeping up. The kitchen is on the smaller side but provided the means to cook if you chose to. It's pretty central to most food and attractions. We enjoyed our stay.
