The Space:

This home has three spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and is equipped with high speed internet. The townhouse is located in Regal Palms Resort and Spa and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests for an unforgettable stay. We provide a welcome kit with some home essentials. We do not replenish the welcome kit, so please purchase any additional supplies you might need during your stay.



Guest Access:

* There is a mandatory $20 + tax resort fee per day that must be paid at the clubhouse during check-in to receive your parking passes and use the amenities during your stay. Parking passes are limited to no more than THREE VEHICLES per unit. We appreciate your cooperation.



The Neighborhood:

Just a three-minute drive away from Regal Palms Resort waterpark and clubhouse, which includes a fully equipped fitness center, business center, arcade, spa, volleyball court, and restaurant.



Other Things to Note:

BOOKING YOUR STAY: You must be 21+ to book. A valid ID is required at check-in.



BEFORE CHECK-IN: Send a complete guest list by 5 PM EST, 24 hours before arrival.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION: No parties, pets, or indoor smoking. $10 fee for deliveries. USPS doesn’t ship to our address; we’re not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



* Guests must stop in at the front desk before entering the unit to pay the resort fee of $20 a day plus tax. Guests will receive a resort gate pass, an overnight parking pass (MAX OF 3), wristbands (MAX AMOUNT IS 10), and a map to the unit.
