The PLACE :

Staying in the township of Coonabarabran can be noisy at night with trucks and cars passing through however we don't hear that at all on this property. Please feel free to ask any questions before booking.

Set on 2.5 lush park like acres just on the outskirts of the township of Coonabarabran, this is a very peaceful place with a unique cottage experience. The amazing trees and birdlife make this a place to relax and take in nature and the night sky - the view from the outdoor setting is quite spectacular and all you have to do is look up. Inside you'll find a very quirky and eclectic space that's cozy, uniquely furnished with rugs, lamps, antiques and artwork and very comfortable.

The kitchen is very well set up and spacious complete with a 5 burner stove with large oven, and a range of other appliances and utensils even a traditional fondu set. The dishwasher makes light work of the dishes while you relax in a hot bath or in the hot tub outside (extra charges apply see below).

The bathroom is complete with shower over bath and an amazing waterfall shower head, washing machine, handbasin and toilet is compact but very functional. We provide all the linens you could need with 100% french cotton sheets, plush doonas and blankets for the coldest of nights, however the fireplace easily keeps the entire cottage warm day and night.

Outside the amazing trees and gardens surround you and the birds hop from tree to tree. Light the fire pit after dinner and enjoy the show in the sky.

GUEST ACCESS INCLUDES - 5 meters around the accommodation, carport, and then directly down to the fence in front of the accommodation however please don't access other buildings, vegetable garden, or through gates.

Other Things to note before booking :

- There is a wood fire for heating that is very efficient - we provide wood, kindling, fire lighters, matches, gloves and instructions for you and will generally have it alight when you arrive. We do not permit guests to bring heaters into the property as there is potential for electricity failure and fire hazards.
- Fire Pitt can be used April - Sept only.
- The hot tub needs to be ordered prior to arrival date - 48 hours notice is required for hot tub and extra fees apply eg Oct - March $20 per night and April to Sept $40 per night) please advise at time of booking.
- There is a fold out leather futon in the living room for extra paid for guests plus linen and blankets provided on request
- Parties aren't permitted and we ask outside noise be kept at a considerate level - it's a peaceful place.
- Only those booked into the accommodation are permitted on the property - please no extras or invited visitors and no parties or loud gatherings permitted.
- We cannot accept your animals at all as we have livestock on the property.
- Security cameras are present on the exterior only of the property - (please see amenities for more details)
