The property is on the corner, next to the stream in Penticton - so while we're in the heart of Penticton, having no neighbours, our location, and setup provides peace and privacy for your stay.

Enjoy a beautiful side yard on lounge chairs or adirondack chairs around a propane fire pit, soak in the 6-person hot tub, or sit in the backyard at the table and enjoy your dinner cooked on the BBQ! It's all here for you!

You'll also find a fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes and utensils you could need and a full bathroom and shower with bathtub - towels, soap, and shampoo/conditioner provided for your travelling convenience.

If you happen to require a space to work during your stay, enjoy the use of our home built desk, built with love and amazing talent by one of your hosts, Joy! Joy has put her love and talent into personally building several pieces of furniture in the suite! We hope you love it as much as we do! :)

You will have full control over the temperature of your suite with independent heating and air conditioning. Also included is wifi and ROKU TV, as well as access to our top of the line washing machine and dryer.

If you plan to bring your dog for your stay, please let us know if you are coming with more than one. The pet fee is meant for one pet, so depending on the type of dog, we may need to request an added fee to cover additional cleaning time.

There is so much to do within a short walk from our place, not to mention the entrance is right on the well-known path along the creek that leads right to the lake. Conveniently located, the amazing Penticton Farmer's Market is only a few blocks away, along with many quaint coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, bike rentals, and shops!
