**The theater and game room is currently not climate-controlled, but there are plenty of fans to circulate the air!


**Emerald Island Resort charges a $20 resort fee per reservation, which is not included in the fees you’ve already paid. This fee is due directly to the resort at check-in and includes one vehicle entry pass. If you plan to bring additional vehicles, each one will require its own entry pass at $20 per vehicle. The resort permits up to six vehicles total per reservation.


** Pool heat is an optional amenity that is offered during the cooler months (typically October through March). Please enquire with our team regarding pricing and availability.


***While this home is pet-friendly, not all pets are accepted. There is a MAXIMUM of 2 pets, no exceptions. Every pet requires:


• PET FEE: $150 per pet, per 28 nights. This fee is not refundable and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• Refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 per pet. This fee is refundable based on the condition of the home after checkout and is not included in your trip total at the time of booking.


• A completed screening with Pet Profile (link will be shared after booking)


• Proof of valid rabies vaccination
