The numerous outdoor terraces, relaxation areas and the large garden will allow you to enjoy sunny days in this artist's house.

Next to a listed wood, in the quiet of a dead end, close to the village center and one of the most beautiful beaches on the Île de Ré, the villa is ideally located.

This residence, entirely on one level and approximately 350m², has many artistic touches with its tree-lined and flowered paths, the mosaic swimming pool, the boat-shaped terrace with its barbecue as a fireplace and much more.

Included in the price: household linen, intermediate cleaning during your rental week, linen change every 7 days. From April 1 to November 15, 2024, one bicycle per adult is also made available upon your arrival, with assistance throughout the island in the event of a breakdown. (children's bikes and electric bikes extra on request).
