Welcome to your 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment in Civic. You can access all the apartment`s amenities throughout your stay.

This home is located on the 2nd level of the building. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out.
BEDROOM: Your bedrooms has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower, spa and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
NOTE: Please be advised that the Oven is not working and will be undergoing repairs. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use. It has access to all local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. Paid parking available on Allara Street or Commonwealth Pool car park.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building`s BBQ Area, gym and Common Garden / Courtyard / Rooftop throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
Balcony Works Project -Scaffolding should be completed by Wednesday, April 26, and balcony tile removal will then proceed progressively from Level 3 down to Levels 2 and 1. -Tiling will then begin on Level 3 and progress to lower levels. -After the tiling is finished, the balcony walls, soffits, cedar doors, and balustrades will be painted. -This project will take about 18 weeks to complete. Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

1. Check-in / Check-out - Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.
2. No Smoking or Pets - Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches will incur a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are exempt where required by law.
3. Cleaning - The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).
4. Registered Guests Only - Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.
5. No Parties or Events - Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.
6. Children - Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.

The property is next to the park with the interesting “castle playground” which is good for families.There are some basic stuff provided in the property like tea, sugar, spray oil etc. it was also was advised some simple breakfast but it was not the.
