Fully furnished and spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on the upper floor of peaceful Kingston. A very short stroll will take you to a huge range of restaurants and cafes in the heart of Kingston or Manuka.

Enjoy the lifestyle of Kingston’s restaurants, cafes, and boutique shopping centre. This modern well maintained two-bedroom apartment offers a generous open-plan layout. Full of natural light throughout the living area.
BEDROOM:
Your main bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a double-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
The second bedroom has Acer LCD monitor.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, bath, and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
- toaster
- electric kettle
NOTE: For your safety, please do not use the current dishwasher on the property as there is an ongoing issue.
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Samsung smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. The TV also has access to local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. A DVD player is also available.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer (no dryer) is available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
COMMON AREA:
Due to the pandemic, common areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements on the premises at the time of your arrival.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

It is only a short drive away from the Manuka shopping precinct, Questacon, the National Library, National Portrait Gallery, National Gallery, The High Court of Australia and Lake Burley Griffin.
Within close proximity to all that Kingston has to offer including cafes, restaurants, clubs, shops and buses as well as being perfectly located for easy access to Kingston Markets, Manuka, Parliament House and Lake Burley Griffin.
