The Space:

Located in the lively Hobson Street area, the apartment puts guests close to Sky Tower, Queen Street, Auckland’s waterfront, Viaduct Harbour, Wynyard Quarter, cafés, restaurants and shopping. With so much nearby, guests can easily experience the best of Auckland while enjoying the convenience of having their own space to relax and recharge.



The apartment features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, creating a welcoming space where guests can cook, dine and unwind together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals with ease, including a full-size oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.



The dining area comfortably seats four, making it ideal for relaxed breakfasts, dinners or catching up over a meal after a day around the city.



The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, along with a Smart TV and air-conditioning , the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy a quiet evening after exploring Auckland.



A private balcony extending from one of the bedrooms provides a lovely spot to step outside, enjoy some fresh air and take in views of the surrounding city. It’s a simple but inviting space to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down at the end of the day.



Both bedrooms feature a comfortable queen-size bed, fresh linens and closet space to keep belongings organised. One bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and monitor, making the apartment particularly convenient for guests working remotely or combining business with leisure.



Fans are provided in both bedrooms for added comfort.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.



Other Things to Note:

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.



Parking: There is a free carpark allocated property.



Key Pickup: The key pickup location is from a convenience store located at 7 Union St, Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 7 minute walk or 4 minute drive from the apartment. They are open for collection at any time between until 2am. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date. Keys can only be collected within store hours 9 AM - 10 PM .If arriving later, please get in touch with the team ASAP to arrange an alternative check-in method.



Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.



Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.



Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4 x tea/coffee, 3 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.



Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.



Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.



This is a professionally managed property by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
