This beach home has everything you need to enjoy a relaxed break in beautiful Emerald Beach. It is only a 200-metre stroll to the main beach and a few minutes’ walk from Look at Me Now Headland where you are sure to spot whales in winter, abundant birdlife in spring, and lots of resident kangaroos and wallabies year-round.
The home features plenty of natural sunlight, polished hardwood floors, and ocean views from the top level. There are four bedrooms to accommodate up to six adults and two children (all linen provided). The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with double shower and walk-in robe. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and kitchenware to allow you and your guest to completely self-cater. With two living areas and two covered decks, the home provides plenty of space for guests to be social or to have a quiet space. A leafy backyard with outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach.
Emerald Beach is a small surfing village where you're certain to catch the perfect wave. There are 2 coffee shops, Pizza & Pasta, Bottle shop, Restaurant & Bar all within 200 meters walking from the home. The CBD of Woolgoolga is a short 8km (approx.) drive with all the necessities, specialty shops, cafe's, restaurants and a supermarket. Take the easy highway cruise to Coffs Harbour just 30km's (approx.) away for major shopping and the airport with direct flights to Sydney and Melbourne.
