Cute as a button and conveniently located - Beverley Hills Studio is a stylish guesthouse, connected to, but private from the owners home.
During your stay at the studio, you are most welcome to use the shared pool and shared spa-pool that overlooks the beautiful blue waters of Whangamata.
This compact and cozy accommodation is semi-self-contained, offering your own private entrance, studio bedroom with king bed, separate living/dining area, your own bathroom with toilet and shower, plus a kitchenette with tea & coffee making facilities, small fridge/freezer, toaster and microwave. Whilst there are no cooking facilities, you have your own Weber BBQ - it's only a 3 minute drive to town centre where you will find an abundance of restaurants, takeaways and cafe's.
There is one parking space allocated in the shared driveway.
The owners occupy the main home, and there is also the Beverley Hills Cottage on-site that may be occupied by guests during your stay. The only facilities that are shared are the swimming pool and spa pool.
The beach is only 2.5kms away - or no more than 4 minutes by car.
Please note, there are no laundry facilities available. However, there are self-service laundries available in Whangamata.

Parking: 1x off street parking space in the shared driveway. Your parking space is clearly marked.

Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

Pool and Spa-Pool are available from 9am - 9pm daily.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.

Please note: A 2.3% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.

Minimum check in age: 25

There is only 1x fridge/freezer. It has now been moved into the little living/dining area (see photos).
