The Space:
Step into Sol Sands and find yourself enveloped in coastal charm, with a spacious open-plan living area filled with natural light. The relaxed vibe of the space, paired with stunning views from the living room windows and balcony, sets the tone for your beachside escape. Whether you're kicking back on the comfy sofa, breathing in the ocean air from the balcony, or cooking up some local produce in your well-equipped kitchen, Sol Sands will make you feel right at home.

With two bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with a double bed, you’ll sleep easy after a day of sun and sea. Both rooms come with soft cotton linens and a restful ambiance. The ensuite bathroom features a rejuvenating shower, while the second bathroom is complete with a shower over a bathtub – perfect for a soak after a long day.

The kitchen includes everything you need to create a perfect meal after a day of exploration, including an oven, stove, double-sided fridge (with filtered water and ice maker!), and microwave. Whether you're preparing a gourmet feast or a quick snack, you'll find all the essentials. There's even a breakfast bar for casual dining, providing the ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee and planning your day’s adventures.

The Euro-style laundry is tucked away for your convenience, featuring a washer/dryer combo to help you stay fresh during your stay.

Guest Access:
"Sol Sands" is conveniently and thoughtfully set up for a easy self check-in. Throughout your stay, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment. The property includes one free off-street secure garage car park for your convenience, however please note it is suitable for small to medium cars only (**Garage measurements are 2.7m width x 1.95m height).

If your car is on the larger or taller side, there are also few 'visitor' carparks available within the secure gated carpark (subject to availability at any given time) and also free parking on the esplanade frontage or on Seaview road.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of Henley Beach, this beautiful space offers a premier location. Sol Sands sits in the ideal spot to enjoy everything Henley Beach has to offer. Just moments from the beach, you'll have access to swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing all at your doorstep. Henley Square, with its cafes, restaurants, and bars, is only a short walk away, offering vibrant dining options and the perfect spot for a sunset drink.

Savour local cuisine at Ramsgate Hotel, SeaSalt Society, or The Cheeky Greek, all within easy reach. With shops, boutiques, and the beautiful jetty just around the corner, you’ll find plenty to do without venturing far from your front door.

For the more adventurous, hire a bike and explore the Linear Park trail, or take a leisurely stroll to West Beach, Grange Beach, or Tennyson Beach. Henley Beach has something for everyone.

Getting Around:
Adelaide is yours to explore. Getting around is a breeze from Sol Sands. Public transport is right on your doorstep, with buses and trains providing direct access to Adelaide CBD and beyond. The Henley Beach bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to hop on and head to the city for shopping, dining, or cultural experiences.

Alternatively, you can hire a bike to explore the beautiful coastline or enjoy a leisurely walk to Henley Square, where you'll find everything you need just steps away.

Sticking close, pace out the coastal trail to West Beach to the south, and Grange or Tennyson beaches due north.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: There are currently external works taking place at the building, with scaffolding and hoarding installed at the front for painting and preparation works. This may cause some noise during the day and temporarily disrupt the full ocean view and privacy from the balcony. The works are expected to run for approximately 2-4 weeks from early November, with completion aimed for the end of the month.

We supply enough toilet rolls and other general consumables for an average length stay, however please note for longer stays we do not restock these items, so depending on your usage, you may need to purchase more during your stay.

For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur.
