Please put the thermostat not lower then 78 degrees and adjust to 85 degrees before you leave and make sure all the doors and windows are locked and lights turn off .
Don’t lock the padlock the front security door when you leave.
Please don’t use Master bathroom Jacuzzi bathtub and don’t throw toilet paper ,wipes and bleach in the toilet because we have a septic system.
Please don’t use the Ceiling Fan in the den where there is Bunk bed.
Long Term Rental must pay Electric bill .
Towels are Located in the hallway Closet.
Vacuum , iron and ironing board are located in the Closet by the entry door.
Long term rental requires monthly cleaning paid by the Guests.
Please no Smoking in the house and no pets we have Family members they have allergies to pet Dander.
