Quirky & Cool on Cork

Quirky & Cool on Cork is a recently completed four-bedroom, two-bathroom property in the centre of Martinborough. Conveniently located just off the Square - the library, town hall, cafe and playground are directly across the street, and the shops, restaurants and bars a short and pleasant stroll away.

The house sleeps 10 in a unique interior that pays homage to the building that was previously there; with materials that remain honest to the nature of its construction. Featuring secret bookshelf doors, built-in bunks (perfect for kids), and re-claimed timber doors and shutters, each room is surprising and just a little bit out of the ordinary.

Outside, the large deck and covered wrap-around veranda offers shade and shelter for outdoor play and relaxation, even on rainy days. Practice some table tennis, battle each other at outdoor chess or have a go with the giant Jenga set (crafted by our lovely friends at the Menz Shed) - if you’re not out enjoying all that Martinborough has to offer, of course!

The house is double-glazed and well-insulated throughout. It has a MHRV (ventilation) system for constant fresh air, and a wood fire for winter.
