With two separate living areas, including a games room on the ground floor, there's plenty of space to gather together or enjoy some downtime.

Bedroom 4: 2x King single beds (first floor) with ceiling fan

Two living areas – one on the first floor with air conditioning and a gas fire, and a games room on the ground floor with ceiling fan– offering ample space to relax together or enjoy some friendly competition.

Two bathrooms:
Ground floor bathroom with a shower, WC, and basin, accessed through the laundry. The Laundry is equipped with a washing machine.
First floor bathroom featuring a bath, shower, and a separate toilet.
