Hi Lee, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We are a new short-term rental, we are still learning the ins and outs. We appreciate your feedback so that we can make this a successful rental and so that our guests will have everything they need. - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. We will be looking into purchasing a bed topper for additional comfort. - Trash can liners will be provided from now on. - We provide standard pillows but, will also look into adding some feather pillows so our guests can choose which they want to use. - We have ordered 2 luggage stands for our guests. - We do provide large bottles of soap in the bathrooms, this is our way of leaving a smaller imprint in the environment. This is very important to us, the smaller bottles mean more waste. - When our team went to assist with the cable issues, they discovered a router issue, which was immediately repaired. - The circuit in the kitchen was overloaded and just needed the GFCI to be reset, we took care of that and everything worked great.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
