Situated towards the tranquil northern tip of the island, you're just a short buggy ride away from all of the island's key attractions.

Rooms.
This spacious apartment is set over a single level and has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and the second bedroom boasts two queen beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for extra guests.

Relaxing.
This bright, open plan apartment includes tiles, ceiling fans, air-conditioning and a plasma TV.

Kitchen.
A well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze. Remember to bring your favourite coffee pods or purchase some from our local IGA, to make use of the Nesppresso machine. (No pods supplied).

Pool.
As a guest of Blue Water Views 13, you have access to the complex's shared pool, which is framed by tropical palms.

Buggy.
This property includes 1 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
