This beautiful two-bedroom condo has all the comforts of home, with all the amenities of our charming coastal community. The second-floor rental makes a great place to stay in the heart of Cinnamon Shore North!
AMENITIES:
Our condos circled around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Guests can enjoy outdoor cooking at the community fire grill. There are on-site restaurants such as a Stouts and Dylan's Coal Fire Pizza for a casual night, or enjoy some fine dining at Lisabellas. Explore the charming on-site boutique, and take a leisurely morning stroll to the Shore Café for coffee and breakfast.
MAIN LIVING SPACE:
The open floor plan has a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and a large custom built farmhouse table for the breakfast area. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook family dinners and includes both a Keurig and traditional coffeemaker. There is also a bluetooth speaker system compatible with your mobile device. The living area has a flat screen TV, custom sectional with a chaise lounge that opens to a queen sleeper and an oversized chair that opens to a twin sleeper.
Off the living room are two balconies with outdoor patio furniture for outdoor dining and enjoying live music in the summers from the town center lawn.
SLEEPING QUARTERS:
In the primary bedroom there is a smart TV across from the king bed with a pillow-top mattress, adjacent private bathroom with double vanity and large shower that has a bench. Connecting to the master bath is a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has a custom built King bed with pillow-top mattress that has a twin bunk above the King. Both bedrooms have blackout shades and extra fans for comfort. All TV's have a Blu-Ray/DVD player and there are family friendly movies and games to relax with after a day at the beach.
