Situated in Torquay nth, you'll find great kids parks, ovals, a skate park & walking / riding paths nearby. Torquay nth shopping complex & farmers market (on each Sat) are within walking distance. Beach, town & Torquay's best restaurants & bars are a short drive or 20 minute stroll away.

We are a single level apartment on the 1st floor, so there are neighbours who live below.

Entry via stairs using our private entrance, into the dining, kitchen, living spaces with private balconies at both sides.

The 2 bedrooms + nursery room, bathroom, laundry and 2nd toilet are through a short hallway.

Living room and both bedrooms + nursery have split system heating and cooling and we have a portable fan available to use as well.

BIRs are available in both bedrooms.

Guests can access all spaces in the apartment apart from the lockup garage. Please do not try to open the door at the base of the entry staircase.

The apartment is not wheelchair accessible as it's on the 1st floor, but we do have a baby gate at the top of the stairs for safety with infants.
