Welcome to Cedar Haven in the ever-popular Piney Island. Piney Island happens to be the closest community to Assateague National Seashore, and also offers a Natural Kayak Launch just steps away from the house. Wild Ponies, Beach Combing, and one of the most gorgeous beaches in our country are just a short stroll or bike ride away! Did you know that Assateague National Seashore is the most visited National Park in our country? Spend a little time here and you will discover why this is.....

Cedar Haven has all of that rustic charm you love, plus the modern amenities you want and need. This wonderful home has been in the family for years, but they are now sharing this wonderful experience with you - our beloved Guests! Tucked on super quiet Pine Drive, you can literally stand on the Deck and listen to the Ocean roaring at Assateague, and you can take in peek-a-boo Views of the Assateague Channel from the top floor. If Location is everything, y’all are going to adore Cedar Haven!

Sink into the comfy Sectional in the Living Area after a fun-filled day at the Beach, and enjoy Flat Screen Streaming TV and Free WiFi. Gaze at the tall Pines weathered from salty breezes from the wall of windows in this space, which even with warm Knotty Pine Walls, is flooded with natural light. There’s plenty of room to gather here together without ever feeling crowded.

The Chef in your family will love the Newly Renovated Kitchen with Granite Countertops, gleaming Stainless Appliances, and all the comforts of home. Grill the Fresh Catch of the Day on the Gas Grill, and either dine in the comfort of Central AC in the house, on the huge Deck listening to Mother Ocean, or on the Screened Porch - options are good! You’re also super close to great dining options such as Famous Pizza, The Village, and Blackfin - all favorites of we Locals! There is also a brand new Stackable Washer and Dryer just off the Kitchen, for your convenience.

Cedar Haven sleeps 6 more than comfortably in 3 Bedrooms and with 2 Newly Renovated Full Baths. On the 1st Floor, you’ll find Bedrooms 1 and 2, and a Shared Full Bath. Bedroom 1 has a comfy Queen Bed, and Bedroom 2 has a Pyramid Bed (Twin over Full). The renovated Full Bath has gorgeous Coastal Tile reminiscent of sea glass and a Tub/Shower Combo.

Wandering upstairs, you’re in for a treat! There is a 2nd Living Area that is a Loft overlooking the Living Area that both the kids and adults will love! A great area to hangout, there is a 2nd Streaming TV, tons of books for cozying up with, games, and even a Chess/Checkers Table. Also on this floor is Bedroom 3, which is the Primary Bedroom, and has a Queen Bed and a Private Deck overlooking the trees. Just imagine slipping out to stargaze while the rest of the crew slumbers…..

Full Bath 3 - the Newly Renovated Primary Full Bath - is going to blow y’all away. It stretches the entire length of the top floor, and is actually 2 rooms. On the one side, you’ll find a large Vanity, and a doorway that leads to the Brand New Custom Shower and Dressing Area. On the other side, you’ll find the water shed - aka toilet room - with another sink. Perfect for multiple people trying to get ready for the day’s adventures.
