Private villa with garden 100 steps from the beach!

Immerse yourself in the greenery in this wonderful villa in northern Sardinia, 100 steps from the sea of the Gulf of Asinara!
In a quiet holiday village, in an area served by public transport, you can enjoy a beautiful house on two levels, in a private and respectful context of privacy.
The village is located 10 minutes from Porto Torres, from which you can embark to Asinara National Park, and half an hour from Alghero International Airport.

On the ground floor you will be welcomed by a large and bright living area, where you can rest in the cool after a morning at the sea. Adjacent you will find a kitchen equipped with all the essential appliances and beyond: gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, but also electric hot plate for toast/steak, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. On the same floor you can also take advantage of a small room with toilet (toilet and sink) and a state-of-the-art washing machine.

Going up the stairs, on the first floor you will have the choice of three bedrooms: a double with sea view (Red Room), a double with single beds (Green Room) and finally a bedroom with bunk bed and desk (Yellow Room), with attached panoramic terrace from which to admire the sea and the property garden. Each room is equipped with independent hot/cold air conditioner with advanced functions such as dehumidification. If needed, you can request the addition of a cot. Also on the second floor, you will find the full bathroom with shower.

The property is completed by a vast garden of Mediterranean scrub, shaded by large maritime pines, typical of the area, and decorated with various species of ornamental plants. A great place to spend summer afternoons and outdoor lunches and dinners. For the little ones, there's a trampoline.

From the property you can access the beach directly: from the gate at the end of the garden, counting only a hundred steps, you will be on the white sand of Platamona beach, from which on clear days you can see Asinara and even Corsica!
