As shown in the listing photos, the home is situated in a residential community, and while we cannot control neighboring activity, we always strive to set accurate expectations in our listings. Regarding the A/C, the property features a central air conditioning system that is regularly maintained and fully operational. During the summer months, especially in Florida, certain rooms that receive more direct sunlight can naturally feel warmer despite the A/C working properly. We encourage guests to use blinds or curtains during peak sun hours to help maintain a cooler environment.
