Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Downstairs, the King Triton Suite includes a king bed, 55" smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite features a queen bed and 50" Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite has two twin beds and a 40" smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite offers two queen beds and a 50" smart TV. The Clearwater Suite includes a king bed, 55" smart TV, and a private ensuite. The Moana Suite has both a queen and full bed, along with a 50" smart TV.

Step outside to your own private oasis. The heated pool and spa are just steps from a covered lanai with outdoor furniture and a propane BBQ grill. Whether dining al fresco or lounging poolside after a day at the parks, the patio space is designed for connection and relaxation. Two cozy living areas provide space to unwind, each with large smart TVs (50" and 65"). The air-conditioned game room is fully outfitted with a pool table, ping pong table, game console, board games, and another smart TV. Bedrooms include room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided. A washer, dryer, and ironing supplies add convenience during longer stays.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for group meals, featuring an Airfryer stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water kettle, and coffee maker. Cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are included, along with baking sheets, blender, wine glasses, toaster, and barbecue utensils.
