There are large flat screen TVs in the living room and two bedrooms so you can watch your favorite shows. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen with a brand new full size washer and dryer. There is a back access to the garage area so you can park your vehicle and walk right up to the condo right from the garage.

The balcony is perfect for having your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail which overlooks the 11th Hole of the Golf Course. This quiet community is great for families and golfers. The Havens has a great community pool that is walking distance away. Or you can take the free shuttle in the summer to the North Tower pool (with special pass) or to the beach access. The beach is only a couple of miles away so you can easily drive as well.
