Room was “clean” to the visible eye. Behind night stands, baseboard and shower grout were dirty and gross. The air filter was covered in thick dirt. With one of the biggest balconies of the resort, we only had 2 chairs and a table. One of the chairs broke while going to sit in it on the first day and they replaced it with a black folding chair that wasn’t comparable. The rental company was very communicative. The dish washer was broken with water at the bottle and dirty dishes. They did communicate to us that a work order was being placed however it would have been nice to know when the repair guy was coming. A text message or an arrival time would have been nice so someone could be there. Overall- it was a beach vacation and we weren’t in the room a lot but you could tell that it was a place rented many times and not checked on enough. Things were breaking. Not a lot of dishes and cups, no mattress covers were on the beds.

We stayed at Bluewater resort for our spring vacation week. Our unit was clean and had an unbelievable view of the ocean. The unit itself could use a new bed in front room as it was extremely uncomfortable. However, the second bedroom had two fairly comfortable beds. There was plenty to do for the kids in town.

Needs Updating

View was spectacular and that was the best part. Furniture is filthy and we had to put sheets on them to sit down. One of the bedroom pillows had spit stains on it with no pillowcase. There were no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the TVs definitely need updated. The front bedroom needs blackout curtains as it’s like daylight in there at night with the two hall lights blasting thru the windows. Parking situation was horrible with way too many cars and not enough spaces. Lastly, it rained quite a bit while there and the indoor pool was closed as well as one of the outdoor pools. This was not indicated on the listing and should have been.
