This spacious, north-facing home offers stunning views of the Brynderwyns and is perfectly designed for families with modern furnishings and home comforts. The large open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge flow effortlessly onto a sun-drenched front deck, where you can relax with a glass of wine and soak in the beautiful sunsets.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed, a walkthrough wardrobe, and a private ensuite, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third is perfect for kids, with a single over double bunk and pull-out single bed. Two of the bedrooms also open onto the deck, extending the indoor-outdoor flow. Downstairs is a separate self-contained area with a bedroom with Queen bed, second living, kitchenette and bathroom. With plenty of space for everyone it is great for 1-2 families or a family with grandparents.
The fully fenced and partially covered rear courtyard provides a peaceful retreat and you can relax knowing that the little ones can't wander. Stairs lead to a convenient outdoor showerperfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A separate laundry with direct outdoor access to the clothesline adds extra convenience.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, theres ample parking for a boat or caravan up to 7 metres. Located just a short drive to Mangawhai Heads surf beach, estuary, boat ramp, shops, cafs, golf course, and supermarket, this modern family home offers everything you need for a relaxed beach getaway.
For Entertainment there is Wifi and a Smart TV with access to apps such as Disney, Prime, Netflix and Neon (just BYO login) and there is a DVD/Blu Ray player with a good selection of discs.
Please note there is no internal access to the downstairs area. The decking has now been completed outside the downstairs extension.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
