KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
