House between lake and mountains, close to resorts

The house, situated on a balcony overlooking Lake Serre-Ponçon, dominates Saint-Michel Bay and offers a breathtaking view of the Grand Morgon peak. It also overlooks Saint-Michel Bay and its chapel.
Imagine: in just 5 minutes, you can dive and swim in the lake, go down to the dock at the Nautical Base, try the adventure course at Serre-Ponçon Aventure, or even take a lesson in water skiing, wakesurfing or foiling with the team from Nautic-B. You can also rent a boat to explore the waters. In winter, the house is just 20 to 35 minutes away from the ski resorts of Réallon, Crévoux, Les Orres, or Ancelle.
This house is ideal for family vacations. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people plus a young child, spread over two levels with 115 m2 of space. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room with an American-style kitchen, and an outdoor terrace equipped with a large teak table for convivial meals. You will also enjoy a lawn, a large gas plancha, a ping-pong table, and a darts game. There is a large heated swimming pool of 10 x 5 m with outdoor amenities for sunbathing or shade. The night sky is amazing in this region, perfect for stargazing!
A washing machine is at your disposal, and household linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels) is provided. Parking for 2 vehicles is available, but there is no charging station for electric vehicles.
The view is breathtaking: the deer at dawn in the field across, the mirror-like reflections of the lake, or the sunsets over the water and mountains are enough to fill you with happiness and serenity. It's also an ideal place for hiking, whether on foot, by road bike, or by mountain bike.

The house is less than 5 minutes by car from the lake (as the crow flies, less than 500 m), so you may hear traffic noise.
As owners, we have a completely separate studio on the first floor, with its own access and terrace. We may occupy it from time to time, but we are discreet, and you retain the exclusive use of the garden and the pool.
