We enjoy a great, quiet neighborhood, just east of the University Place Mall but down the hill closer to the Provo River. We're situated very close to both BYU and UVU. We have great views of Mount Timpanogos, and are 45 minutes from Salt Lake City and 20 minutes from Sundance Ski Resort.

The house is a stylish remodel of a 60's split level that was featured in the 2009 Parade of Homes, completed by a sought-after, award-winning architectural designer.

This basement apartment is full of daylight and has a large utility room with kitchenette and laundry. Included appliances are a fridge/freezer, micro-convection oven, coffeemaker, Instapot, toaster and washer/ dryer. Seating for 6 combine at the nook table and the butcher block island bar. An additional folding table for 4 and extra chairs are also available in the under-stairs storage. The utility room has fun connecting puppet theatre windows to a cozy family room with mud room access to a fully-fenced backyard, allowing space for kids to play or an “al fresco” dinner on the patio.

Also downstairs are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen memory-foam bed, and work desk. Across the hall is a bunk room that can sleep up to 6 -- 2 twin upper bunks and 2 full bed lower bunks -- all high-quality memory foam as well. An additional queen-sized airbed can be used in the family-room to create, with the sofa, 3 more sleeping accommodations.

There are large elegant arches and unique built-ins throughout, making for a comfortable home that is soothing and visually-appealing. The entire apartment is available for your exclusive use. The home's designer lives upstairs in a separate unit. The owner lives off site, but can be available to help with any information or needs as desired. Self Check-in/Check-out with door code allows you to enjoy your privacy and a wonderful, cozy stay at your convenience.
