The home also features a dedicated workspace, secure garage parking, and central cooling for added convenience.
Step into this beachfront home, where timeless charm meets contemporary comfort. The property offers a light-filled, open layout with living and dining areas that take full advantage of breathtaking coastal vistas—perfect for relaxation or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a stylish island bench, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy indoors or alfresco.
Through sliding doors, the front deck overlooks the esplanade, providing stunning ocean views. At the rear, a private back patio is designed for alfresco dining, with comfortable seating and a tranquil ambience for intimate gatherings or quiet mornings.
The beautifully styled bedrooms provide ample comfort, with the primary bedroom boasting a luxurious king bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third offers two single beds—ideal for families or groups.
