Our vacation rental sleeps 8, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a king and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa, cable TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation. At least one guest must be 25 years old to rent this property.

Views were amazing. Condo could use a good deep cleaning and magic eraser taken to the walls and doors. Moldy master shower and dust bunnies on furniture and ceiling.There were several issues upon checkin, like microwave door handle broken, no ceiling fan or light on patio just a hole with wires hanging down, no batteries in remotes and missing remote in master. I emailed host on Saturday and on Monday morning they immediately sent maintenance to install new ceiling fan on deck, microwave and brought batteries and new remote. Nicely decorated and clean comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and pools and grounds were clean. The small issues we had were resolved, we cleaned up ourselves pretty quickly and enjoyed our week stay.

There were roaches in every room of the condo. In the kitchen cabinet, we found a spider web and spider with “clean” dishes. Communication to get these issues resolved was terrible. The bar stools were falling apart. The handle to the sliding door was barely hanging on, however they did send someone to fix that issue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we’ve rented at Ling Beach Resort and both times there’s been issues, the first time we had a problem with one of our bathrooms but couldn’t get a response from anyone. Then this time our condo was full of roaches they did send someone to spray the following day and they told us that it wasn’t the ones from the trees that somebody had to have brought them in. I have emailed several times with no response. I totally understand things like that happen however they could at least reach out and apologize.

Great Condo Would Stay Again

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo setup is what we were looking for and the balcony is spacious with a great view. The location is good and the gated community provides a sense of security.

We were not notified by anyone that the property was under construction. We were unable to enjoy the balcony due to the beeping noise from the machines that ran from 8am - 6:00pm. The view was also obstructed for two days. We were unable to use the pool that was near our tower and had to walk a distance to the other pool. We also did not have direct access to the beach from our tower that we were suppose to have and had to walk a ways to one of the other towers through the parking lot. We did make contact but was told that there was nothing they could do. Panama City was wonderful but would not stay at this location due to issues with communication.

We love Long Beach Resort

Fantastic time at the beach

This condo was clean, comfortable and had plenty of amenities. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals (I brought my own knifes) and the view from the 3rd floor of this condo was amazing.

Ocean view from all around the condo

The layout is such that you see the ocean from all rooms so you feel like you never really leave the beach.There was nothing inconvenient about the stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. Secure and gated and close the all attractions.

Nice place!

Nice very clean condo ! Need to replace bar stools and a glass of glass in master bedroom seal has broken and glass is foggy ! Amazing ocean views in all rooms ! Overall a great condo!

Excellent Views!

Beautiful condo with amazing beach views from balcony or anywhere in the condo. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, amazing master shower and fully stocked kitchen. Host was always responsive to questions and responded in timely response. Great location and close to lots of things to do! We will return for another visit !

We got moved to a different condo. Floor within 2 hours made our feet black, 2 toilet paper for 8 people for 7 nights, saw roach in master bathroom drawer, sliding glass door wouldn’t close,top sheet was not put on and instead left at top under pillows, only 6 towels for 8 people, no mattress pad cover as the fitted sheet when lifted had the foam under it. When they were contacted they sent someone to mop who herself got black feet and saw the condition of the floors. Brought 2 rolls of toilet paper as well. They did ask if we could move to a new location but we have a handicap father and we had already unpacked everything. We were given no compensation nor were we offered a late check out. We will not stay with Emerald Coast again.
