OCCUPANCY: This listing allows up to 9 guests overnight (with a maximum of 4 and 6 in each unit per city regulations). Over-occupancy may result in eviction.

HOUSE RULES:
No Parties: Respect for neighbors and tenants is required.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.
No Smoking: A $250 penalty applies for indoor smoking violations.
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
SECURITY: Audio/video security cameras are in common areas and outside the building for safety. There are no recording devices inside the units. Noise and smoke monitoring devices in units.
DRUG AND SUBSTANCE POLICY:
No Illegal Drugs: Immediate eviction and notification to authorities for any violations.
Alcohol & Marijuana: Allowed in accordance with Michigan law, but smoking/vaping marijuana is only permitted in designated areas and never inside the units.
Tobacco: No smoking or vaping inside the units.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A 5% payment processing fee will be deducted from any refunded cancellations due to third-party financial transaction handling.
