While the property is located a short drive outside the town centre, there is a bus stop approximately a 5-minute walk away with a direct route into Queenstown, which many guests find convenient for getting around. For clarification, “Clarendon Mews” and parking information are included in our pre-arrival messages to all guests. Parking information is also listed in the advertising description. Instructions on household waste disposal, including the location of the bins, are also provided before arrival, and we’re always available to assist if anything is unclear. Regarding the $500 bond, the time that this takes to be released into your account is dependent on your bank and unfortunately out of our control but rest assured that this has been released and should be with you shortly.
