This wonderful downtown location puts you right in the middle of downtown Pacific Grove where you'll find restaurants, shops, galleries and destinations all within walking distance. Caledonia Park, the Natural History Museum, Lover's Point Beach and the Recreation Trail are all just a few blocks away. Nearby Monterey Peninsula attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, numerous golf venues and charming coastal towns like Carmel-by-the-Sea and Monterey are an easy drive from your home base.

This one-level, 800 sf home is located in a residential/commercial duplex with a long-time dentist's office next door which keeps polite business hours. The tidy building is just steps away from all the conveniences and attractions of downtown Pacific Grove.

Living Space
Enter into the living room where comfortable seating awaits. The Smart TV is WiFi-enabled for streaming your favorite content. Guests should bring their own logins for their streaming subscriptions.

Bedrooms and Bathroom
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and a Smart TV (guests should bring their own logins to access streaming services)
Bedroom #2 has a full/double bed.
The living room has a queen Sofa Sleeper.
The bathroom has a standing shower.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
Please be aware that there is no fenced yard at this home. Pacific Grove is a dog friendly town but dogs must be leashed when walking around town. The dog friendly beaches like Asilomar Beach and Carmel Beach are within a short drive and there are dog friendly trails in Pacific Grove and surrounding areas.

One off-street, dedicated parking space under a carport is provided. Parking is also available on the surrounding streets and guests should be aware of timing limitations on Lighthouse Avenue.
