Enjoy hassle-free street parking. Please be advised that guests are NOT allowed to park on the premises or block the driveway at any time. This unit is located in the basement and guests will have to use one flight of stairs to access the suite.

Guests can enjoy the privacy of their own entrance through the side door, which takes you downstairs into the suite. You will be provided with a unique access code assigned just to you, as well as you will also have your own door and lock at the entrance of the unit (bottom of the stairs).

Guests have full access to the entire 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and kitchen except for the locked utility room.

Access code is provided to guests and will be used to open and lock the door.

Smart TV is available and guests will require their own accounts and passwords to log into their streaming accounts. The suite is non-smoking, applicable fines ($250) will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping (odor), including the removal of the smoke alarm.

This suite is located in a serene neighborhood in Harbour Landing South of Regina and a 7-minute drive to the Regina International Airport, an 11-minute drive to Downtown Regina, a 9-minute drive to Mosaic Stadium, and an 11-minute drive to the University of Regina.

PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES
1. Parties, pets and events are NOT allowed.
2. Please respect noise levels and noise curfew between 10pm - 7am.
3. SMOKING or VAPING is strictly prohibited in the suite AND around, near, or in front of the premises within 3 meters. Any evidence of smoking or vaping, (SMELL) or (seen ON CAMERA), including removal of smoke alarm will result in a $250 fine charged to your account.
4. Doors must be shut and locked at all times upon entry and when leaving.
5. Do not bring in extra laundry from anyone outside to wash on the property.
6. Use the microwave fan when cooking and exhaust fan after shower.
7. No unregistered guests allowed.
8. Please remove all OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR at the entrance shoe tray, to maintain clean environment. No outdoor footwear is allowed in the suite.
9. Please take care of the furnishings and do not rearrange. Do not move the TV or plug any device near the TV switch.
10. Please take all trash out before you leave. The large brown waste bin is located on the left side of the building.
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
12. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account.
13. DO NOT ORDER any parcels/package/mail to the house address or unit any time (food delivery is okay).
14. Under NO circumstances are you allowed to use the internet connection to download illegal copyright files. If we are notified by the internet provider, it is an automatic $1000 fine applied to your account.
15. Please be advised that guest are NOT allowed to park on the premises or block the driveway at any time during their stay. Guest(s) are advised to utilize the free street parking.
