A Summer Place is light, bright & homely holiday home - surf beach end of town.

This house is split level, with verandas off living and lower bedroom areas.
The living area has a smart tv, ceiling fans, reverse cycle a/c, fully appointed kitchen, coffee machine (grounds), stove, microwave, plenty of crockery and cutlery, corner pantry, fridge and dishwasher.
Veranda off upstairs living area provides a lovely space to sit and chill looking out into beautiful gum trees with birds and the occasional koala, and provides a cool breeze after a hot day. The living area is lovely and large where the family can be all together to play games or watch movie.
4 bedrooms (2x queen/ 1 x dble/ 2 singles. Doonas and quality pillows supplied, byo sheets and towels in peak season but can be supplied at other times. All bedrooms have comfy beds and ceiling fans. Bedding is fresh and clean and dry cleaned professionally.

Large securely fenced and gated yard, with a double garage and space for 2 additional cars parking in front of garage. No boats please.

Salt and pepper, olive oil, foil and cling wrap supplied, along with dish-wash liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloths, tea, coffee and sugar.

A summer place welcomes responsible families who look after the home. The house is a 3 minute drive to the surf beach, or you can walk to the various beaches in about 15 minutes, koala spotting as you go. 5 minute drive into town which has a great Foodworks selling an array of local produce and excellent cafes, pubs and coffee shops.
Internal and external stairs so please consider your mobility.
