Located in the highly sought-after Royal Sands Community, this coastal getaway offers the perfect mix of comfort, space, and island charm. Enjoy the fantastic weather from one of the many outdoor spaces, including a private patio, deck, balcony, and access to multiple community pools and a hot tub. Casa Azul is sure to please.
Don't forget to add a 6-seater golf cart to your booking. We are your one-stop shop and it's the best way to experience island life and enjoy fun, easy beach access. Golf cart requests must be made 24 to 48 hours in advance and the cart will be delivered straight to your beach house.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• Choose from items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee.
• Starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night and we will not resupply the home.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
