The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom includes two double beds, making the unit comfortable for families or small groups.
Although the wraparound Gulf-front balcony is currently closed due to construction, this condo still offers a relaxing coastal retreat and the perfect setting for your next beach vacation.

If you are looking to create beach memories that will last a lifetime, this beachfront condominium is the perfect choice. This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is ideal for romantic getaways, family vacations, or an escape from colder weather.
The property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and local activities and sits directly along the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop aboard the trolley and travel easily between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach in approximately 30 minutes, enjoying all the attractions the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the comfort and privacy of your beach retreat.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself relaxing on a wide sandy beach with the gentle waves rolling in. Picture a quiet afternoon by the pool with a good book in hand, or a romantic evening stroll along the shoreline as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico.
And of course… don’t forget your camera.
Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay.
Currently, the projected date of this balcony's closure is May 2026 and can take a few months. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay.
Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool will be closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction activities conclude, and it remains open all day on weekends.
