This 2 bedroom apartment (700 Sqft / 65sq meters) is located in Mexico City, a few minutes from Chapultepec Park and Roma Norte where you will enjoy many different restaurants and vibrant nightlife.



The Space:

As you enter, you’ll be met by the living room which has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and eclectic asthetics. Continuing is located the dining table for 4 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with first brand appliances and dinnerware. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a lovely small patio to enjoy your morning coffee. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a individual twin bed and can and shares a full bathroom with the rest of the apartment.

The Neighborhood:

Condesa or La Condesa is an area in the Cuauhtémoc Borough of Mexico City, south of the Zona Rosa and 4 to 5 km west of the Zócalo, the city's main square. It is immediately west of Colonia Roma, together with which it is designated as a "Barrio Mágico Turístico" ("Magic Neighborhood for Tourists"). Together they are often referred to as Condesa–Roma, one of the most architecturally significant and bastion of the creative communities of the city.
