Unit 4 is located on the 2nd floor with lift access boasting gorgeous views over Currimundi Lake. During the Winter periods it gets sun all day long on the balcony!



Offering a contemporary interior . Open plan living can be enjoyed in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment accomodating up to 4 guests in a Queen & 2 Singles. The master bedroom faces directly over the lake, so you can enjoy stunning sunrises & views from the comfort of your bed. There are complete block out curtains as well if you would prefer a sleep in.



There is also an exclusive rooftop area immediately above the unit. Access is via the stairwell.

Directly under the complex is a little cafe which also offers Stand up paddle board, surf board & Kayak hire. There is also another cafe directly across the road.

Parking is secure undercover with one space.



Currimundi Lake offers holiday makers a multitude of activities including swimming, fishing, kayaking + more, and is a great family friendly spot. Caloundra is a 10 minute drive way, and close by is a supermarkets & several takeaway/restaurantt options.

Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Please put in your proposed dates and the website will instantly give you the tariff.



Linen - Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Main bedroom: Queen bed

Second bedroom: 2 x single beds



Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Caloundra Holiday Centre manage this property. Please note that Airbnb messaging is not monitored outside of office hours, so it is advised to contact us directly if you require any assistance.
