Sea n Double was an amazing home for my family. It was so close to the beach we could walk. Henderson Spa was a girls spa afternoon and again able to walk too. The houses were so clean and well stocked with plenty of dishes for large groups. Communications were easy to follow and they responded quickly. We will definitely come back!

Very nice house, very clean, nice pool and very spacious, great layout and close to all the stores, beach, Crab Island and places to eat on the water. Could have used a few more blankets in each room, bed was hard and the pillows were just ok. Besides that everything was great and we had an amazing time.

Our family had a great experience. We enjoyed the property and everything was as advertised in the listing. The owners/management were great. We contacted them twice and they immediately responded to our needs/request. We had a great vacation. It would have been more convenient if it was closer to the beach but it was just a short walk. Overall, the property and pool were great. David N.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were 12 of us adults, which left us with plenty of space. There were only 2 things (not issues at all), 1. There was still food under the couches when we arrived. 2. The tv in the outdoor kitchen was broken upon arrival. I texted the maintenance phone #, but never received a response. Other than those 2 very minor things we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return to stay here again!!

The house was awesome! Clean and up to The area is close to the beach. Store, shopping all there close by. The house is just like the picture you see. Our only complaint is the high cost to heat the pool and we didn’t get to enjoy it and that was one of the reasons we picked it. We didn’t expect the really cold temperatures and didn’t get to enjoy the beach either But If the price would have been included at the beginning would have helped. Maybe include it as a deposit and if not used refund it. But will stay there again

Great stay

Everything was better than expected. There were a few minor problems. The water heater kept turning off. We had to relight the pilot light several times, the outside grill propane was low and well I can’t remember the third item. However I called them into the maintenance folks and they were very gracious and professional. I would happily stay there again.

Son Wedding/Birthday Vacation

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious provided the modern amenities for comfort. There was enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. It provided a stunning kitchen and dining area that I needed for the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding and my birthday dinner. The owners were accessible when needed and prompt with answering. I truly enjoyed my stay and my vacation. We were not even a 5 min walk from the amazing beaches and close to a variety of stores and restaurants. Thank you for allowing us into your home. I pray that we were not bad guest because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was such a blessing to come together as a family and spend such a joyous occasion together in such a beautiful place as Destin, Fl

The house was clean and spacious. Public beach access is limited. The house next door was under construction. They were using a concrete saw 8-5 everyday. Concrete dust was blowing in the pool and the noise was deafening. Management wasn’t willing to compensate us for the noise and dust.

Thank you for your review, Nicole. We're glad you found the house clean and spacious and hope you were able to enjoy the private pool and the property's proximity to the beach. We're sorry to hear about the construction noise and dust from the neighboring property. Unfortunately, we don't have control over construction schedules at privately owned neighboring homes, nor are we notified in advance of their work. We understand how this could impact your stay and regret that it affected your experience. We always encourage guests to contact us right away if any issues arise during their stay so we can assist in real time whenever possible. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future once the nearby construction has concluded.

The carriage house, pool and outdoor cooking and bar area were perfect for our group. We had adults, teenagers and very small children. So having all King beds was wonderful and the bedroom with the bunk beds and provided pack-n-play were wonderful,as well as the highchairs.
